I went for a fitting for orthotics and it was a pleasure. There was no wait once I finished my paperwork and the technician who measured me was very nice and competent, he explained my issues and the process thoroughly. He even adjusted my temporary inserts that were improperly fit, so that I'd have better support while I wait for the custom ones!
