  I have been dealing with this Honda service location since I purchased my first 1986 Honda. The employee I work with is Emily, and I am more than pleased. Emily is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, I trust her. She always makes me feel welcome, and I know my car is in good hands with his team. She makes helpful suggestions and always takes the time to answer my questions. She keeps me coming back.

  Craig the manager,  and the other service reps show care for customers and give good advice about needed maintenance and at times keep customers from spending money needlessly. They have helped nurse an 18 year old civic and it's running almost as good as when I purchased it. Same goes for our other Honda, a van that keeps providing good service. Bought the van from this dealership years ago and called my insurance company when buying it and was told that the dealer gave an excellent price--one and done without hassle.

  I have a 2015 Honda Fit that I bought at this location in June of 2014. It has been the best car ever and I've had all of my car service needs taken care of at Honda of Tenafly. The auto shop is the most efficient car shop I've ever seen. The service people are exceptional and give you the "Facts" as they see them. I was there yesterday...the shop was loaded with cars to be taken care of and I was out of there within an hour with everything taken care of and also had the pleasant experience of watching TV and eating great bagels. Can't beat it!! Honda of Tenafly is the BEST!!

  Great experience overall! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Our sales person, Ali Said did an excellent job in helping us lease a car. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the features of the car during the test drive. He also worked with us to get the deal we wanted. Wonderful service!

  We were greeted with a smile by Mike our sales associate. He walked us through every page of the car fax, explaining every aspect. We both test drove the vehicle we were interested in. The car exceeded our expectations. The dealing and numbers process was fast and easy. We went from strangers to happy customers in less than 2 hours. Thank you Mike!
