I am not one to wax poetic about going to see a doctor. Best case it's a necessary evil and worse case....The aforementioned goes double when visiting an Urgent Care Facility. Honestly, I was expecting the standard assembly line treatment. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that I walked into the office. From Reception to the PA, to the Lab Tech who drew my blood. Last but not least, Doctor Raffaella. She was genuinely interested in my issue, listened, asked questions and did not once look at her watch. I chose Waldwick Urgent Care because I was staying at a hotel nearby. While there might be geographically closer options to my residence, I intend on making Waldwick Urgent Care my primary resource for all of my future medical needs.
