  This was our first visit to Lice Be Gone so I will be updating after our follow up appointment and so far five stars.
  
  On 02/17/2016 we noticed head lice on our daughter. We took her to the pediatrician that morning and he recommended NIX. We tried the product and while it did kill most of the live lice we noticed on subsequent combings that we would find tiny baby lice which to me means that the product was not killing the eggs as stated on the box. After three days of work we decided to seek out professional help and by some research we found Lice Be gone in Bergen County, NJ. I spoke with a staff member on 02/19/2016 and she was very through in explaining the process and cost. We booked an appointment for the next day 02/20/2016 at 9:20 AM for our daughter, my wife and myself.
  
  Upon arrival the staff members were very nice and professional. They checked my wife and daughter and did confirm that they had head lice. They then checked me and confirmed that I did not have head lice. My wife and daughter were treated for about two ours or so. As advertised the two technicians checked each others work. There was also no rushing to get things done and they did a very through job. They also made sure we changed out shirts once treatment was complete on each person. We made a follow up appointment for all of us for first thing in the morning on 02/ 27/2016.
  
  What also impressed me as the fact that the technicians did not hide any part of the process and even showed me how to comb the hair through and what to use. They also did not scam us by saying I also had lice in order to make more money nor did they try to sell us any additional products as many other places would probably do. Also, there was not a waiting room full of people, so I'm sure that this helped. I don't know if they build extra buffer time into all appointments or we just got lucky, I guess we will find out after our follow up appointment. If everything goes was well as it did on the first visit I will probably book one more appointment just to check us.
  
  Update: 06/23/18. Our daughter got lice again from lord knows where and from lord knows who and of course the lice transferred to my wife as well. I called Lice Be Gone as this time around I was not going to deal with this on my own. The staff asked me to first email them a picture of the insect to see it it was a louse and they did confirm that it was. They made an appointment for my daughter and wife on the same day and got rid of the lice and nits. Since I had to work a night I made an appointment for myself on Sunday. However, the staff suggested that my wife comb me out first to see if I had any lice or nits and only if I felt the need that I should then keep the appointment. First this is very honest of the staff and owner because they could have easily said that I needed to come in as well. So again, so far a very positive experience with Lice Be Gone and while my wife did comb me out last evening I am still keeping my Sunday appointment anyway as I'd rather be checked by the professionals. :)

  I am a school nurse in Bergen County and have been very pleased with using Lice Be Gone over the last few years. They have been screening our students at the beginning of the school year and when needed throughout the year. Linda is a pleasure to work with making every effort to accommodate our schedule and needs. Her staff are all professional, friendly, reliable and thorough. I have received positive feedback from any family that I have referred to them.

  They got rid of the lice and my kids all returned to school without any problem. After listening to the horror stories that my friends experienced dealing with head lice, I decided to skip the do it yourself and went right to their facility. Place was spotless and professional.

  While I think the service is a 5 plus, having lice isn't. Professional service, my family was lice free as promised. Highly recommend not attempting to tackle problem on your own, it doesn't seem possible. Money well spent
