Khrissy was a major help here for me. A professional who detailed as much as she could about this apartment community and answered all of my questions. She was very kind, welcoming and had a great personality to handle new visitors. Ill be in further contact with

Have been here a few years and no problems. Recently Carl and Steven from maintenance went above and beyond to help me out with an A/C issue. They were great and I can't thank them enough!

When we moved to Florida from Ny we made Deerchase our home for 18 years ! We have some nice memories of our family growing up while living there. We bought a house and still visit Deer chase , since my sister Still resides here she’s on year 35! I would recommend this property to anyone considering an apartment , It’s a very nice property to call home !

The best!! I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes in the area and this one is just great. Everyone is nice and friendly. It’s quiet and safe. The maintenance team keep everything tidy and come right out with any problems. We are happy!

The complex is safe, clean, and well maintained. I love the green space and the available amenities. It is convenient to great restaurants and shopping for all your daily needs. Pet friendly even if you have a large dog and that isn’t easy to find.

I had a great experience here. Dr. Katherine A. Parfomak was very professional and exceeded all of my expectations. The office was very clean the receptions were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend coming here.

The Parfomak Family Dentistry has great dentists who can work well with younger children as well as older ones. I take my son who is seven here and the dentists always work gently, make sure he comfortable and talk him through what is goin on in his mouth. Definitely recommend!
