That human feel is better in my opinion then just clicking online. It's a warm welcome when you walk in and that is exactly what you need when you are investing top dollar for a bat. They will also throw on your lizard skin for no charge. Great place . I will continue to purchase my bats from here . The days of me ordering online are over.

(August 2, 2018, 2:39 pm)by far the best guys in the industry. They are so customer service oriented it is amazing. They match all pricing and take care of any issues that may arise with the bat. If you are buying a composite bat, GO TO CLOSEOUT. My son has cracked 3 Demarinis (still great bats) and Max and Roy exchange the bats as long as purchased from them. They deal with the manufacturer for you. Best company to buy softball and baseball gear.
