My recent experience was when my laptop had stopped working since I work from home, it was an urgent need to get it fixed and all thanks to appliance medic for responding on time and giving priority to my need.
My washer broke down and I was distraught! I called Appliance medic and talked to a woman about when they could come out. She was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. They came out the next day to check it out and gave me a 3 hour window (2-5.) of when they would be here. At 12:30 p.m. Jason arrived, he was very professional and helpful in fixing my washer. He assessed the problem, got the parts and fixed it, all that day! Who would have guessed. The price was very reasonable considering my washer did not want to be fixed. He had to take apart the motor, put it back together and reattach it to the washer, plus take the washer apart. I also need to replace a hose on the back. Jason was here for almost an hour and a half and my bill was under $300. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope you have as great of an experience as I did.
