  Experiencing Havening with Elena at Metamorphosis Havening has been truly grounding and nurturing. My mind-body was able to let go of past experiences that had been nagging in the background for as long as I can remember. I felt immediate relief after our session. I am now able to live more fully in the present with the truth of now presiding. Elena is a skilful practitioner. I felt completely at ease with her support for this work.   Elena is an highly skilled Havening facilitator. She listened deeply , asked insightful questions, put me at ease and I was amazed at how effective my session was . I highly recommend her and I think everyone would benefit from at least one Havening session in their life. Thank you Elena, your session opened new sinapses for me and visibly reduced one big fear I had brought to the session !

  The havening practice I experienced with Elena was pivotal in my own personal growth. I had been stuck and stagnant in letting go of old traumas and Elena's practice helped my rewrite my narrative and help release triggers that were holding me back. After one session I have a significantly more positive outlook on myself and my past, one that is uplifting and infinite. This practice is rooted in neuroscience and I can honestly say it feels like my brain was able to rewire my perception of a past experience. Elena also has this way about her that is so gentle and immensely understanding, rooted in her own experience. I clicked with her the minute we spoke on the phone. I can't recommend her enough for someone looking to release the past, let go of fear and anxiety, and create a better life for themselves!

  I am filled with gratitude for this experience. As a “core energy coach” I believe in healing from within. Elena Kindler, owner and Havening Practitioner walks you through the process helping you to heal. The technique is deeply rooted in neuroscience.
