Being in the retail sector for my entire professional life, I’ve expeienced plenty of harrowing retail ‘service’ (or lack therof). I’ve never seen anyone treat others in any way other than with kindness , helpfulness and friendliness, I’m writing to offset what seem a few sketchy remarks that lack specifics that, once again I’ve never seen in over two decades of regular visits to PNC Mahwah branch.”
