“I visit twice weekly for personal training from Jay and it is always a pleasant (and physically taxing) experience. I have also visited for chiropractic work and the consultation was very nice. They have a knack for helping you feel comfortable and relaxed, and they are willing to answer questions you may have. The office is always clean and quiet, which is a huge plus. It is also located in a very convenient spot right off the Parkway (if you're willing to pay the toll).”

“By far the best acupuncturist that I have ever gone to. I am a patient for over ten years with fibro, arthritis, ddd, endometriosis all from the age of 20. There is no true pain control in meds but btwn the trigger point and chiropractic and a very healing vibe, Wayne has got me through more flare ups than I can count. The trick is to be consistent, which is a flaw of mine. Consistency with this practice will provide pain relief.
