“I would give it a five, but everything has to be exceptional for me to do that. What I will say is that my dad has been here many times and we always come back whenever he needs rehabilitation. The staff is wonderful, friendly and competent. I feel safe when my dad is in their hands. The only issue is that the place is a little ragged and worn. Yet I always choose to bring my dad here as opposed to a facility that looks a bit nicer and has lousy service. And they are clearly working to resolve those surface issues. A quick glance of the third floor in the Brentwood Wing is evidence of that. Thanks for always being there for us.”
