Amazing Pilates Reformer/TRX with Lori. Enjoyed both the challenging Pilates Reformer and TRX though TRX was extremely challenging for my first time. Lori provided wonderful focused attention, motivation and instruction on proper form. Looking forward to my next class. There are so many styles/options of classes offered in the 2 studios. Love the stretching during and at the end of class. Amazing first visit to OnCore Pilates for my private session with Lexi. Great challenging workout focusing on form and breathing.
