Along with everyone else, my main technicians, Vanessa and Milly, were great listeners and made the course of the treatment enjoyable. There was no pressure and it was cathartic to be there--- we could talk, listen to music, watch Netflix, or just be in graceful silence. Although I will miss Success TMS, I feel as though I've received the tools I needed to live a better, mentally healthy life. I have also attended Daniel’s first time homebuyers seminar, which was excellent and very informative. Daniel also referred me to Harold Riether, the branch’s loan officer, when I came to him inquiring about the home buying process. Harold was extremely helpful in taking my approach and plan for purchasing a home and using that as a foundation to formulate a plan that best fit my short and long terms needs. I just really needed it that day... Dr Bentolila was great. He was very welcoming and gave me a run down from then until 40 weeks of what to expect. He went through every single one of my meds to make sure they were ok... I left comfortably, and happy knowing that I was in good hands with competent professionals. I drive 45 minutes for this level of care. I already knew Dr Bentolila is respected by many other doctors in this specialty. I am grateful to be a patient. Patients who go to an Obgyn are hormonal to begin with... so some of the negative reviews sound like these women were just having a bad day! (And I sympathize, it happens). I am quite certain the staff is relieved and totally fine having those people go somewhere else. No one needs that. It isn’t easy working in healthcare. “Dr. Jaffe and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They worked with me in regards to insurance. I went to Dr. Jaffe when my primary dentist did not diagnose me properly. I was in so much pain, could hardly talk, barely eat and had no idea what was wrong with me. Dr. Jaffe took 1 look and diagnosed me properly on the spot. I wound up having ulcerative gingivitis from impacted wisdom teeth. So I also needed to get my wisdom teeth out which he did miraculously. I was a nervous wreck and he has such a calm demeanor. He's been in practice for years and knows his stuff. Most importantly he has a steady hand! His staff was wonderful to work with too! Very kind and patient. Kept me updated with insurance and any payments. Highly recommend him!”
