“After doing a checkup of all the fluids, I needed an oil change plus filter change, I had to bring the car back the next day ,I thought something was wrong with my battery, when they lifted up the hood to check the battery, that whole area was filthy with dust, after having an inspection they could have at least dusted under the hood. They cleaned it after I told them, treated a $24,000 car like it was $2.00. I have to say that they were nice enough 2 wash my car. I believe that Nissan should send out notices when to bring the car in for an inspection. . Toyota dealership sends all the customers a notice when their car is due for oil change when their car is due to change the tires Etc and that's what Nissan should do.”

“We have been with microwize since 2007 and happy with the product and customer service. I am writing this review however, because of how they went above and beyond recently. I made an error that deleted my fee slips (these were created by me and took many many many many hours to do so) I was told in 2007 that if you delete they are gone and I mean forever. We are a busy practice and this particular fee slip is used with nearly every patient. DEVESTATED is an understatement. After picking myself up off the floor and accepting I would be recreating a new fee slip I realized that I recently purchased Microwizes back up plan. I already had another office wide back up, but felt going with them in addition was a good idea. Keep in mind...2007 said no way it would be gone so I wasn't optimistic. It was a bit of a hail Mary call (football reference). I reached out to Microwize and they immediately connected me to a tech, and I said, "What are the chances this can be retrieved?" He wasn't sure and didn't have an optimistic outlook, but assured me he would do everything he could to help. Turns out because it was in the time frame, the fee slip had been saved in back up before the next save was scheduled. I can't say enough about how kind and calm he was and he restored it all! I was not charged for the call. What a bonus. It has been a while since this happened, but it is so worthy of a 5 star experience and I feel I should share it. It is killing me that I cannot remember his name!! I love this company and it is worth every penny to get that back up!! They have been great to work with over the past 13 years and this last experience was the best yet!”
