“Don't listen to the negativity of people who actually got kicked out of Bstable 20+ years ago. Its not the same school. Not even run by the same people. While it isn't what is was, its still a pretty specialized school and if your child has been referred there, chances are you should take a look and not listen to a disgruntled man who was kicked out of the school in 1990. Why so many people feel the need to negatively attack things on the Internet amazes me. And those that would even decide on their child's future based on a Google "review" maybe he's right. :) Anyway, good luck Barnstable of 2018 and beyond. You got me through some tough time and god only knows where I would be without Mr Blau, Mr Salembier and Barnstable of Glen Rock.”

“We love the Valley School! My 2 1/2 year old started the pre-K program in September 2017. Prior to enrolling my daughter at the school I had researched many of the other schools in the area (including visiting them) and loved this school the best. I had read some of the older negative posts for the school and was a bit hesitant initially but decided to visit the school anyway because the website showed a beautiful facility and it was so close to our home. I am so glad we did! The negative posts were written years ago and must have been under a different school director/management. The new director, Heather, is wonderful and has infused the school with great programs for parents and children. My daughter's teacher (Ms. Jen) is wonderful and engaging and my daughter hugs her every morning. The school is tucked away at the end of a dead end street so there is not much traffic nearby. Also the classrooms are clean and airy and there is a strong emphasis on cleanliness. The school lunches offered are for the most part healthy and nutritional. And I am amazed that the other teachers know my daughter by name even though she is not in their classroom. There is definitely a family/close-knit community feel to the school and I so glad our daughter attends this school. Final note: compared to other schools in the area the cost is middle of the pack and reasonable.”

“This is a wonderful, happy school that epitomizes what a Catholic school should be! I feel truly blessed to be a part of the OLMA community. The teachers are warm, caring and focused on creating classroom environments where students are nurtured and an environment for cooperative learning in fostered. Technology is found throughout the building and there are many opportunities for students to be involved in scouting, athletics as well as enrichment opportunities in writing, science and the arts. Some of the previous reviews are so upsetting and disturbing because they in NO way reflect how truly wonderful this school is. It is disgraceful that people would be so insulting! Visit OLMA and see the difference yourself! You won't be disappointed!!”
