“Really love this place. Have been bringing my C300 here since I bought it two years ago and Frank has been phenomenal. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, honest and considerate of my pocketbook. On multiple occasions, he’s told me that a repair the dealership recommended could wait a couple months and even recommended cost-effective alternatives (eg he told me to get my tires from Costco!) The office staff is also very friendly. Owning a German car or any other luxury vehicle can be unnecessarily tough because a lot mechanics will talk up the price of repairs and justify it as necessary because “it’s a luxury car” or “it’s a European vehicle and needs very particular care.” It’s very comforting to have a mechanic who is honest and noble. Kate was so friendly from the second we walked in the store, showing us different options of materials and curtain tracks, and helping decide what would work best for our budget and needs. The timing from delivery to installation was also super quick, and the installer came and put the tracks up very efficiently and with no issues.
