  Great customer service in person and on the phone. I am a customer for more of 10 years .
  Never a issue. This store have classes . Fabric. Threads, sewing Notions, sofware, and all type of sewing machines including a new fancys ones. And also a mechanic on the store .

  I’ve been shopping with Stony Brook for 20+ years and have always been very happy with service. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They know their products inside and out, and are always happy to answer questions or make suggestions on what to use for various projects. They will even offer alternative product items to help you save a few dollars. A number of times a year they bring in experts in the quilting/sewing/embroidery industry for in depth classes!

  I have brought several of my machines here over the last several years and the service has been wonderful. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and service is timely which is much appreciated. Highly recommended!

  My visit today was fantastic. The staff makes me feel as if I am the most valuable customer there. First class service from Alan, Linda, Coty & Angel. I enjoy shopping there. Very genuine people.
