  Precious Pets by far take care of their animals. As for the comment about the cat.. They host the cats for the BCAA. This little guy has a birth defect and his eye does not open all the way and it doesn't work. and the Bunnies I just saw at the store are perfect. If you had a bad situation with the fish it sounds as if they did everything they could by replacing it. Did you take a water sample to have it tested to see if the water was in balance? I have known the crew at Precious Pets forever and they do whatever it takes to help their customers..

  I worked at Precious Pets for about five months, and it was a great place to work and buy from. Christine is by far the most knowledgeable owner of a pet store that I’ve met before. She ran a tight ship, made sure we kept the store clean and the animals were healthy and taken care of. I saw complaints about “cats with eye sores” in another review. More than likely, that’s a cat up for adoption from ... I believe it was the Burlington County Animal Association. Christine and her employees would never deliberately neglect ANY animal ever.

  I have been going here for many years. Very friendly abd helpful. I rather support the small business seeing they are more caring.
