  I have been using CareFirst for over a year now for my cat's medicine and have received "World Class" customer service on each and every transaction. I make the call to them, or order online and if there is a need to have the prescription renewed, they send the Vet a request while I am still on the telephone. Shipment is fast and always on time or before the scheduled delivery date. Their prescription rates usually run 30% to 50% less than my Vet. I highly recommend CareFirst. You will be pleasantly surprised by the fact they are totally customer centered, and deliver on their promises!!

  Excellent customer service! The associate O spoke with was very helpful and kind. Refills are just a couple of buttons to push, very easy and arrives quickly.

  I had a flawless experience with Chuck. My 2.5 year old daughter has a rare genetic (tumor causing) disease and needed a rare special medicine compounded and no one was willing to help us. I was about to call it quits but was recommended this pharmacy. He really made my day....and my daughter's future health. You truly made a difference to us, thank you!

  My experience with CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy has been Great!!
  Not only did we find the medication the Vet ordered at an affordable price but also was delivered quickly. We were running low on a medication because the dosage had been increased. Of course it was a Friday evening when I called CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy I spoke to Trisha who was so helpful. She asked the Pharmacist Mike if he could get it compounded and sent to us ASAP. We got the medication before my fur baby ran out of the medication thanks to both Trisha and Mike! Great job! Truly grateful!

  I order a medicine from CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy, and the customer service is superior. They are friendly and caring. I always know about my order through communication via phone calls and/or email. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.
