  Went by boat to check out the Dredge harbor marina and Clarks landing. We decided to get a bite to eat and walk around to get the lay of the land. The Resturaunt was good. but I can only speak as far as their burger. It was very good and reasonably priced ...and our waitress was attentive as well. But, we did have to go search her out when we were done eating so we could pay our bill and get back under way. She disappeared. We eventually found her though. The scenery on the water was nice as well and I was able to dock my 42' Carver Aftcabin right in front of me so I could keep an eye on my dogs who were on the boat waiting for us to come back. They were quite the hit for everyone else while we ate our food. We encountered several staff within the marina including the Resturaunt ...and everyone was welcoming. You have to understand that when you pull up in a boat that large. You tend to cause a commotion but instead , there was a very friendly dock-hand waiting for us with an extra line in his hand just in case we didn't have one handy and ready to give us instructions on where we could dock or giant boat without bothering their normal day to day activities or taking up a huge dock slot for others who may be coming to the resturaunt as well. The only issue we had was the water levels and the challenging maneuvering to get a vessel of that size in there all the while confronting outgoing boat traffic. More than a few small vessels would not give way to my boat. At 42' ...and much less manuverability than a smaller vessel , I can not go outside their custom made channel markers because it is too shallow. So I had to be on my game to get in there. Plus, there are several different "custom laid" channel ...and directional markers and buoys each with their specific path to get you to where your going safely. All the waters in that cove are very shallow even at high tide. About 5-6 feet and like I said, we went in there to check out the the other 2 marinas in there as well. Each marina has a specific channel but it's very confusing. I just had to ask around a bit to make sure which markers were for what place and direction. There is a small island shole right in the middle of this cove and ya have to do a lot of going around it depending on whether you are comin in or going out. If you have basic boating skills you should be ok but this is not a place that you want to be goofing around in. Let's just say.... you better keep ur eye on your screen and make sure u have enough water under you. And don't be too proud or prideful to ask someone who may look like they know the area better than you... Then again, if you are any kind of boater, this should be your normal train of thought where ever you go that is new ...and unfamiliar. Safety First for you and others on the water... Always! Over all we had a great visit to Dredge harbor as a whole facility. I would definitely recommend the resturaunt too. Unless you "like" going to Curtains Warf Resturaunt and Marina and paying $12 for the same burger..... lol

  Great food. Their breakfast sandwich and the lobster bisque are delicious. Friendly staff and great parking.

  Great place for breakfast. Beautiful view of marina. Excellent staff. Highly recommended.
