    Came to have interior detailed after finding the inside was sold to me in a subpar clean shape at a popular used car dealer. Greg and Ruben are amazingly kind and knowledgeable! They are transparent and helped my car feel like new! I’ll be choosing their business for any other detailing for my car.

    The staff at Elk Grove Custom Collision has over the top customer service. They're friendly and very professional. They take your car needs very serious and the work they do is outstanding! I will definitely be using them again.

    Words can not truly begin to explain how thankful I am that the good Lord led me to Elk Grove Custom Collision Detail Spa (EGCCDS for short). First off, being under the care of Anthony Jacobson while my car was being worked on was one less stress off my shoulders. This man would reach out to me in such a kind and respectable manner that I knew that he understood my worries, and would be patient enough to talk with me every week and explain what was happening with the car. He would give me every option he could possibly come up with if I had any doubts on a game plan that I was not fully on board with. The front drivers wheel, transmission, and suspension parts were DAMAGED from an accident that had happened at the beginning of August 2022. My car, for the most part, was under the care of both EGCCDS and Mazda Of Elk Grove, but Mr. Jacobson never left car or my side, even when working through Allstate. He truly wanted me to leave with a beautiful and fully functional car, and his team DELIVERED. I was about ready to cry when I sat in my car for the first time getting it back. I've had my Mazda 3 for about a month since having the transmission replaced, and it is still driving BEAUTIFULLY! EGCCDS is a strong and respectable business that I hope I wont have to return anytime soon, but would know that I am in good hands should that day ever come again. Thank you so much for your service Mr. Jacobson, and EGCCDS. God Bless

    Let me tell you, I rarely leaves reviews but Reuben and his team were absolutely incredible. I wanted to sell my car and it needed a good detailing. It was in pretty rough shape but when I saw them drive the car up to me it looked brand new. Definitely will be my go to auto detailer.

    These folks got my wife’s car looking tight and out of sight! They’ve done a wonderful job on the detailing both inside and out including under the hood!
    From the time you open the front door of the establishment, to talking to Reuben (customer service sales) and back out the door, my wife’s car looking like a showroom model to be sold!
    Great folks, great service, great price!
    I’m happy and very please, and you will be too!
