There was a mishap at first and it looked like I couldn’t get my first dose of the Covid vaccine but they called me once they realized there had been a mistake and brought me back in very quickly to administer my shot!
Dr. Dyer is a gem. Lauren and Destiny were also great— kind, informative and personable. KSU is lucky to have these women as members of the Student Health Services staff. I felt safe and received excellent care here. Thank you so much.
They are terrible answering the phone (they need to improve that, thats why the fours stars), but when I went I actually had a quick delivery attention. The nurse and doctor where both very helpful, intentional and personal. They listened to me, they took everything into consideration and provide me just what I needed. The medicine prescribed by the doctor worked rely well to my broncospasmo. She called to follow up, I thought that was nice. I also got everything explained until I understood what was going on with me. They were nice, patience and also offered to immediate test for COVID-19, which I did not need, bc I already had. But to continue my testing for COVID-19 I will consider them. They seem pretty available to test immediately.
Had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Bowles and Nurse Angie were extremely pleasant (as was the front desk worker and other nurses) and they made me feel comfortable and confident in their services. Not only was I seen the day I called for my knee injury I was also seen before my appointment time and did not even have to sit down to wait to see the doctor. I would recommend this location to any student or person looking for a great primary care doctor and facility! Thank you Dr. Bowles and Nurse Angie for taking care of me today!
I've been here more times than I can count over my years attending KSU and I've always had an amazing experience. The doctors know me well and even after three months of not seeing me, Dr. Patil noticed I had dyed my hair a little darker. They are so polite and the fact that there is no co-pay or paperwork or hoops to jump through is so amazing. They do vaccines, flu-strep tests, mental health medication and everything else you can think of. They are AMAZING! Definitely take advantage of them if you are a student at KSU!
