They go the extra mile for your pet. They are the best Drs. In the South Jersey Area. Thank you for all your help with Shoekey, He is my whole world. And i know you always treat him with the same love you do your own pets.
I've brought my 2 dogs here from about 2003-2017 (when the last of my 2 died). Both doctors & their staff are very knowledgeable & compassionate. They made sure that I understood the health issues of my fur babies & were willing and patient regarding my questions and concerns. When one got diabetes (completely my fault as we should keep them on healthy foods) & cancer I was referred to specialists who were great, too. When we could no longer ensure that each dog's quality of life would be high enough the office let me take my time in the room after each dog was let go. They even sent a beautiful sympathy card & paw imprint after. They really care. In time when we get another pet we'll be coming back to County Line Veterinary Hospital for sure.
I should add that they offer their own insurance program which was reasonable & very helpful financially when having diabetes & cancer to deal with. To try to save money in the short run I cancelled it for my other dog as she'd been healthy. I thought I'd start it back up in a year or two. Well, then she started up with heart problems. The insurance program needed to be in place before being diagnosed. In hindsight, I'd have kept her covered. The prices are fair but they do add up when a health issue arrises & they always do. So, prevention is key. This includes not sharing crappy animal or people food (meat by products, carb loaded grains, pizza, french fries, etc.).
Great vet. Very knowledgeable and a great bedside manner! Staff is very kind and friendly.
