(November 20, 2018, 3:47 pm)I have known John for a long time, he has been a friend for a while. I always knew he was a public adjuster but wasn’t really sure what that meant. I called him when we had extensive water damage from our upstairs bathroom that leaked into our kitchen leaving us with a major mess and tons of water damage. He was extremely quick to respond and have people at my house cleaning up the mess and assessing the damage. From start to finish he handled everything for me, from the insurance company to the assessments, to the follow ups. I learned very quickly what a public insurance adjuster does and how big of a difference they can make! The first offer we got from insurance wouldn’t have even been able to put back the damaged cabinets, he told us if we have a little time it would be well worth the wait for more money. We followed his advice and he was right, our offer nearly doubled! We are able to fix our house properly with no money out of pocket. He really made this experience as positive as it could be. With myself and my husband both working full time and two small children, we would have never had the time or energy to get this done ourselves. We can’t thank John enough for his hard work and persistence to see this through. While he will always be our friend, he will always be our public adjuster too! He really is the best!

My cousin referred me to Mr. John and withing a couple months he double the offer the insurance company had previously offered me. The Garden State Public adjusters are a family oriented company. That helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend Mr. John. Excellent customer service

(August 13, 2018, 8:06 pm)We had a major water leak . WE were uncomfortable dealing directly with the insurance company. We were refereed to John at garden State adjusters. He did it all . Only thing we had to do was deposit the check . On an amount we felt as fair and more than the first offer from the insurance company.

(March 13, 2018, 5:01 pm)Thank you very much to John Moore and his team, the helped my aunt and cousins out after a very bad fire and got them back into a comfortable home after a long strenuous process that he made easy for my family in order to recieve the financial payback they deserved from their insurance thank you again to Garden State Public Adjusters and “John Moore” you guys are the best.

After the pipe broke we thought the insurance company would do the right thing and they fought us all the way. Garden State saved the day. The service was amazing and John was very attentive to our needs and fought for what we deserved. I would 100% recommend this company!
