Recommend the blue trail 3.25 miles because it follows the perimeter of the park. Also highlights the creeks. The park is bound by the south and north branches of the Rancocas Creek. Good autumn hikes.

I love this park for hiking, it's moderate, and if you like mountain biking I would think it is at least a little challenging. It has great water features. I have been here many times and it is never crowded, I might see 2 people on the trail. Trails are marked, yes there are bugs, it's the woods. Wear bugspray and you'll be fine.
