There is no doubt you'll get a good vehicle here (new or used) which is the reason I go back. Plus their service dept is 5 star worthy. Best Ford Service in the area. I struggle to give 4 stars to sales and that's mostly due to quality vehicles. I've bought four of our six vehicles from Miller over the years. They lost the two sales because I got frustrated at the snail pace of various parts of the sales process.
They have a nice waiting area for you while waiting on your service to be completed. Better than I thought to expect. The staff was nice and the service was good.
The service advisor came out after he examine the work that had be done and we talked about what will be feasible for my vehicle and with a little strategy on both our parts we came to an agreement. The wait is all so relaxing and comfortable as usual when ever I visit The Miller Ford Lincoln dealership. Thank you for all you have done. By the way the tires ride nicely. The staff of the service department at Miller Ford are very friendly and easy to work with. If you have a problem with your vehicle, they will do everything possible to help you. The mechanics are excellent and Tony is the best. Even the sales department personnel are very good to deal with. I would recommend Miller Ford to everyone I know.
