  I have a 7 year old Rottweiler, she had been a patient at VCA since she has been 8 weeks old. In 2013, she tore her ACL and ever since she has white coat syndrome. She is afraid of the vet and all of the techs. She turns into a dog I do not know, mean and aggressive and it is all fear based. Which is a bit scary bc she is a very strong 120lb Rotti. Dr. Heller is a phenomenal vet!!! He works with me in every way to get her seen, get her in examined and out. He respects the fact that she is afraid and is very patient and caring with her. When we are there I never feel rushed or like a number. He takes his time to find out what is going on with my dog, if there is an issue he will create a personal plan based on your individual animals needs. That is a great feeling, especially when dealing with an animal that is difficult and aggressive. She was seen last Thursday and Dr. Heller called me today to see how Roxie was doing. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have been referred to him as my dog’s veterinarian. When I was looking for a vet 7 years ago my friend who has Rottweilers told me to see Dr. Heller because he is not breed prejudice, she found over her years owning large breed dogs that there are vets who are. I also can’t leave out his staff, they are excellent with my dog and understand her fear. They very sweet to her even if she wants to bite their faces off. ; ) Great place to take your pet, I do feel like my dog is family when it comes to Dr. Heller 5 stars for sure!

  The staff was very friendly and answered any questions my girlfriend and I had before seeing the veterinarian. The assistant was very helpful as well as we waited in the vet's office. The veterinarian (whose name I don't recall currently) was extremely thorough and gave us all the information we needed about our kitten. Amazing first impression and will be coming here for all of my kitten's medical needs in the future.

  Excellent care for my cat. She had 3 teeth pulled. Very compassionate and loving staff and doctors. Full service vet and dog training is available there. The cost is not bad but they also offer pet Insurance at different rates for your budget that will cover a lot of stuff. Be careful though. My cat came home with fleas cause they took her collar off.

  Very good vet office. Our cat had 3 teeth pulled. They were very compassionate and did a great job. They also offer health Insurance at different rates for your budget.
