  Let me start by saying I’ve had 13 years in customer service so my expectations are high. When I went to shop for my dress, my sales woman was incredible. She let my family pick out dresses for me but wouldn’t let them into the dressing room unless they were within my budget which I greatly appreciated! She ended up letting me try on dresses I thought I wanted and then told me to try on two that she thought I’d like. I ended up falling in love with the dress she pulled for me and couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle in it! 4 hours later I found out I was pregnant. When I was 5 months pregnant I went into the salon to let them know I was due 8 weeks before my wedding. The manager was so sweet and supportive and told me to take my time coming in for my fitting, relax and enjoy my new baby. She said they would do whatever they had to to make it work. I went in about 4 weeks before my wedding for alterations. My dress fit perfectly (thank god!!) but it needed to be hemmed (I’m super short) and of course the most detailed part of the dress was the bottom. The seamstress literally had two weeks to get it done because she was on vacation and WOW! I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful my dress was. I’m so impressed by this wonderful place with their awesome staff! Thank You for making me the happiest of brides!

  Want to thank Rena Ella Couture for donating their time and providing gowns to be used in Cherokee Chiefs annual football/cheer fashion show.
  
  The sales person was very helpful, caring and really seemed to enjoy working with my daughter. We were in and out in 15 minutes, but she would've spent an hour with us if needed. We ended up selecting the first she had tried on although they all looked adorable on!

  I was a very happy and beautiful Bride on my wedding day, thanks to my sales professional Arlene. I dealt with Arlene through the entire purchasing, altering and delivery of my wedding dress.
  She was a pleasure to work with. Rena Elle Couture has a very wide selection of gowns. I really had a great experience. I highly recommend Rena Elle Couture to anyone for bridal, prom, bridesmaid or special occasion gowns. You won't be disappointed.

  Beautiful store and great selection of gowns! The staff at Rena Elle Couture were so helpful and down to earth, I visited their store 3 times before making my final decision. Each time my consultant was very patient or I never felt pressured. My bridesmaids also received a discount on their dresses because I purchased my gown with them. One of my bridesmaids was pregnant and they took the time to figure out what would be the best option, they ordered 2 sizes larger and everything worked out perfectly. My work schedule is very crazy, so I canceled and rescheduled so many alteration appointments and they were so accommodating. Thank you ladies for making my experience so special. I will never forget you!

  Kristina is beyond amazing she took her time with me and made sure I was completely satisfied! I recommend everyone to go here they have a wide variety of dresses! Bridesmaids, prom and much more!
