at around 7:15pm tonight I was waiting at the Popeyes on route 73 for a tow truck when an accident happened right in front of the parking lot i was in, I was a little worried that my tow truck would have a hard time maneuvering around and getting into the lot. a young guy with a black hat on came up to me and asked if my tow was related to the accident, i told him no, and he told me to call my tow truck and tell him to ride along the shoulder and they would move the fire truck and the smaller fire dept. pickup truck so my tow truck could turn into the parking lot. From what my tow truck guy said, you guys made his night so much easier not having to wait in the traffic or figure out how to enter the parking lot. Very professional and from what i saw they were efficient and responsive to the accident that i witnessed.
