All of the one stars are people complaining about the NJ MVC as a whole, and not this location. We all know the NJ MVC is miserable, but this location is great. Appointments can be made the same day (I made mine online ~20 minutes before). The security guard and staff were all kind and helpful, despite having to work for a terrible agency. I was in and out within ten minutes for a relatively complex issue. Just make an appointment online, and don’t expect them to entertain your complaining about the Governor, and you’ll be fine.
Wow! Went in at 11:30am on 12/30 and it was packed. However, the staff is so organized, efficient and pleasant that I was able to renew my license with a photo and address change in under 20 minutes. Now I need something to do for the rest of the day!
