(November 15, 2018, 6:01 pm)I have had a terrible fear of getting a filling since I was a kid. I am 34 now and I put off getting a filling until eating became painful. Dr Schaffler was amazing! It took three tries to get me numb and he wasn't going to do the filling this time if it didn't get perfectly numb. He was patient and explained everything. I felt nothing whatsoever. I don't think I have ever had a dentist make sure I was properly numb. All of the grinding and nerve pain that I experienced previously was not there at all. My kids go to Dr. Austin and he is just as amazing. My 5 year old "loves going to the dentist" because of how good he is! You all are amazing!

(September 16, 2018, 7:39 am)I have been using this practice since I moved to the area over 6 years ago. I love my hygienist- she always does an amazing job and is super personable as well. My dentist is also great, and encourages me to improve my habits but never chides me when I admit to less than perfect dental upkeep. I always get the same team (which is great!) and never have a problem scheduling or rescheduling if something comes up. The office is conveniently located and easy to pop in and out of. I’m very happy to have found this practice and will be a patient for the foreseeable future.
