(August 17, 2018, 10:52 am)LOVE this place. I've been going to OTF off and on for a few years but steadily going to this studio for the past 4-5 months. The coaches and staff are great - super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of fun events so you can meet people. The workout is always intense and can really be tailored to your needs. As someone who always thought of myself as non-athletic, this place has really changed my perspective and my health. It's not the cheapest workout option but it's life-changing if you commit to it.
