Five years ago I walked in and met Justin. He walked me through setting up my supplement to Medicare. He took care of my husband when it was time for him to sign up for a plan. I’ve referred him to my friends. Why? Because he spends time helping you to find the right plan for you. He is so respectful. He treats you like he would be helping his own parents. My husband needed stents and when I reached out to Justin he assured me all would be ok with the insurance. Thankfully I didn’t have to worry about that. Understanding the health industry and the law is difficult and having a service such as this is very reassuring. Hats off to the staff and thank you Justin for always being there to answer my questions.
I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with two major issues related to my coverage. Justin was able to successfully resolve both issues in a very timely manner. I highly recommend a visit to Horizon Connect if customer service cannot resolve your issues over the telephone.
The location was easy to find,I was a walk in with no appoinment and greeted very professionally. I had a little wait less than 1 hour but when I saw my counslor or service representative who was very knowledgeable about my situation and current on my questions , I left very satisfied and totally understanding my Health care situation.
