  Everyone in the office is very personable & knowledgable. I have never had anything but good experiences with Dr. Canal & his staff. Have gone to Dr. Canal for 8 yrs. & have every intention of continuing with him.

  From walking in the door and being handled by the front desk staff, working with the nurses and doctors, scheduling and billing, everyone there is top notch!!!

  Amazing people here! Helped me with a very difficult situation and I'm doing a lot better now because of their guidance.

  A few months ago I went there for an evaluation on a tooth implant. Finally the day had come to receive part of the tooth implant.
  The staff was very nice while I was there, as well as being helpful.The doctor who did the implant was Ben Calem and he did a great job. The only pain I felt was the needle was injected to numb part the roof of my mouth. But during the procedure I didn't feel any pain at all.
  After the procedure, I was given a recommendation list on what to do afterwards, and how to take care of myself. I was also given some medicine to help with the pain and bleeding and everything else afterwards.
  I would recommend them to anyone that is thinking about getting a tooth implant or having work done on their teeth.

  This was my first experience having an evaluation and surgical procedure with a periodontist. I would recommend Dr. Ben Calem and his office highly. The facility is very clean, including restroom, waiting room and exam rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated having Dr. Calem explain the procedure to me ahead of time. He also talked about several steps as he did the surgery. During pre- and post-surgery examinations, I noticed that Dr. Calem washed his hands and put on a fresh pair of exam gloves before he began. It's always nice when medical personnel do this in front of the patient, so there is no question that they are being careful. During my pre-surgery appointment, the billing clerk took her time explaining billing options and what each option would cover. My experience was altogether one of being reassured and made comfortable. My mouth healed nicely, and I'm glad I had the procedure done.
