  Raynor Services provided my work place with such a great experience and service. They were so professional on the phone scheduling the appointment for Chris the technician to come out and look at our dental chair. He came in and knew exactly how to fix it and he fixed the problem in under one hour! Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to anyone to have them work in their home or in their business. I’m very pleased with the services rendered.

  My experience with Raynor was phenomenal! I woke up without heat and panicked! Sheri was right on top of it from the start and had technician Tim come out that day. A part had to be ordered which only came out of Texas so Tim ensured it was overnighted. Sheri kept in touch and let me know when the part arrived, and worked around my schedule to have a technician (Matt) out the next day to install the new part. Matt was in and out within 10 minutes and had my heat working! Not only am I happy, my kids are thrilled!! Sheri, Tim and Matt- you all are wonderful!! I will definitely be using Raynor again and recommending you to friends! Thanks again!!!

  We've been using Raynor for years! They are professional from start to finish. First point of contact is with their office staff who are always very friendly and helpful. Ashley is great with coordinating schedules and reaching out with reminders. She is very responsive and extremely accommodating. Raynor has done numerous electric jobs in our house including both interior and exterior installs. Nick is terrific and often the one sent out, but every service rep they send out is terrific--both knowledgeable and friendly. We recently had our entire home's cooling and heating systems (2 zones) replaced. Matt came out and did a full evaluation and explanation. He spent a lot of time with us and didn't leave until he felt we understood all options. There were a number of reps out during the install process, but we saw John the most. Another employee who goes above and beyond, taking the time to explain things and never rushing us. We trust Raynor completely and recommend them to all our neighbors and friends!

  I have been using Raynor for the last 5 years. I am always met with the best customer service and expertise. Sheri is my go-to customer service representative and, especially in an emergency, is always on top getting service to me as soon as possible. All of the technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; they do fantastic work, always with a smile. During off hours, the on call reps and technicians are always extremely fast in getting back to me and getting me the help I need.

  What a great experience. Kudos to Mike and Colin for providing excellent service on my recent service. Mike came out and assessed the situation and thoroughly explained the options associated with the replacement of my main breaker box on the side of the house. He ordered the necessary parts and Colin came out the next day to do the replacement. Both gentlemen were very professional, polite and did an excellent job, the box and breaker were replaced quickly and efficiently and the work area left clean. Also want to give a shout out to Sheri and Hannah in the office both were very friendly and handled my service request and questions thoroughly. A company is only as good as it’s employees and Raynor Electric has some of the best. Thank you so much for your prompt, efficient and friendly service!!!
