  Everyone at BCOS was great, every time I was there. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Bowers was phenomenal every step of the way, from initial consult through surgery and follow-ups. I couldn't be happier that I was treated there.

  My husband had a shoulder injury and was referred to Dr. Swartz by his physical therapist. It was the absolute BEST thing she could have done. It was realized that he actually had a full rotator cuff tear. Dr. Swartz was very thorough and professional. Office staff were amazing and accommodating. Based upon what we had read online and experienced with other family members we expected a painful procedure and a long difficult rehab. That is not what we encountered at all. I was amazed with the fact that my husband took pain meds for all of one day after the procedure. To our surprise, he was pretty much pain free after Dr. Swartz worked his magic. 2-3 days after surgery he went to the follow up with Dr. Swartz who at that time gave him a plan to begin the rehab immediately. Today 9/12/18 I accompanied him to his 3 month visit with Dr. Swartz. It was truly a joy and pleasure. Not only has it been a pain-free healing process, he actually has full range of motion. I do not know what Dr. Swartz does in the operating room but I believe his hands have been blessed by angels. I thank God that he was my husband's surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Swartz and BCOS. It was an amazing journey to healing and restoration.

  I broke my ankle and had the opportunity to have Dr. Nguyen perform my surgery. Although my break was very painful and I may have been hard to work with, Dr. Nguyen treated me very well. Throughout my appointments he always had a smile when he seen me. Always kept me informed of my progress. I'm grateful to have had such a great doctor in my time of despair.
  
  P.S.: the rest of the staff was wonderful as well.

  Dr. Bowers is the best. Very knowledable and professional. If you have a shoulder issue. She is the best.
