Super attitudes and super conditioning for my son who is only 11 years old.
Always accommodating and very flexible. This is awesome because as we all know sometimes schedules change at the last minute.
Mike always has a smile and a positive attitude.
My son looks forward to his workout sessions because they are fun but yet effective :)

My first experience with Carefree Livin’ was a six week customized program. I was looking for something that could take me to the next level. My main focus was to build strength and add lean muscle. Michael and Shane listened to my goals and gave me an action plan to put them into play. Over the six weeks I gained a sense of control over my mind, body, and food. I was lifting heavier, hit two personal best, and started to look at food as fuel. The biggest transformation was the shift I felt with my mindset and confidence. This came from checking in daily, evaluating how I was feeling, and being honest with myself. Thank you both for the structure and support.

What a wonderful and inviting place to get in a challenging workout for folks of all ages and skill levels. Trainers that are specifically attentive to proper form, limiting aches and pains, etc. Workouts always changing and challenging. Trainers also gain awareness of alternative movements and training methods through continued off-site training education, bringing in those alternative movements for members to enjoy. A real gem tucked into the Igloo Ice Rink in Mt. Laurel. Glad i found it!

The staff at Carefree Living' are fantastic! They are incredibly knowledgeable and will adapt to anyone's skill level to make sure all needs are met! Our Squirt 2 hockey team is currently having ice off training and within are multiple fitness abilities. The staff is great in seeing that the players are learning, engaged in the exercises for maximum benefits as well as doing it in such a fun way! It has been a wonderful experience for the team!

As someone who has worked out for many years, and has joined many different gyms, this place is different from the rest. It’s more than a gym or a trainer or a workout. It’s people who encourage you to become a better version of yourself physically and mentally. The workouts are fun yet challenging for all fitness levels. I’ve never felt stronger and I owe it all to Mike for pushing me beyond my comfort zone and the results have been amazing! I highly recommend Carefree Livin Performance Center to anyone who is looking to change up their boring workout routine.....this place is the best!!
