From the receptionist's greeting, to the thorough testing, to the thoughtful analysis of the test results and problem areas, to the discussion of follow-up procedures, everything was top notch. If I could score them higher than a five-star review I would.

From the testing process to the follow-up appointments, I have felt comfortable and everything was explained thoroughly. And best of all - I can hear now without asking for repeats! So thank you!

(January 8, 2020, 12:42 pm)The Moorestown office is great, staff is friendly and the environment is warm and welcoming never a bad experience there. My wife really liked the time the doctor spent explaining the results of her hearing tests and the difference between the hearing aids available to her.

(April 23, 2019, 4:01 pm)I was driving by and decided to stop in an get some information for my grandfather. He has never had hearing aids and is a bit reluctant to try. I wanted to gather as much information so I could be able to convince him this is the right choice. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young woman who was very friendly. I wasn't even sure what questions I had and she just went through everything and took her time to make sure I understood the steps for my grandfather. Crissy was great! I will see my grandfather this weekend and plan on telling him about miracle ear and bring him in for an appointment.
