John's Hardwood Floors

Had multiple ppl. come to look at refinishing floors at my rental. I know you get what you pay for but, I had a very tight operating budget to work with on the house. Started getting a bit discouraged as everyone else's quotes were over the allotted budget for the floors. Coming out of Home Depot one day I see John in his van. I thought what do I have to loose. I approached him & he was willing to follow me over to the rental right then & there. He looked at the scope of work & immediately came in well under the other quotes. Within 3 days he completed the job, & it looked fantastic (I was concerned about the quality because price was much lower) than anyone else. Since then I have him lined up to do 2 additional projects on the house. I've even ordered materials for the jobs & he's was willing to pickup & bring to sight. If you're OK with conducting business on a handshake, & valuing ppl. for their skill & honoring their word then John's your Man.
