I wrote a terrible review (Sam M) of them because they are a bit on the expensive side but do the best work so their quality of work outweighs any price. I thought I was entitled to a lot of things, I could scream n yell n flex n honestly pool designs just let it happen n let me go on my way to other companies to open n close my pool. No complaints or restrictions from them. So then I used said companies to close my pool n then open my pool. Two days after opening at a small discounted rate than POOL DESIGNS my pool lost half of its water. Did the person who opened my pool take responsibility, no, just blamed it on the closing company. Did the person who closed my pool take my call, no, even though he promised to open my pool n didn’t do such, just didn’t answer. Who did answer, to my surprise after I’ve blasted them with unfair reviews n angry tweets after they only do their job, it’s POOL DESIGNS. They use the best equipment, make the most pool novice feel special n after everyone told me it’s gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix my pool, another companies mistake, Pool designs tells me to just close the sump pump, accepts no money in return n won’t even schedule a closing because I have multiple parties they don’t want to interfere with. They said just call when it’s end of season n they’ll be right out. POOL DESIGNS takes care of their customer no matter how rude, incompetent or idiotic a customer (me) can be. There are tons of bad reviews online, I’m one of them, please take this review to the bank. POOL DESIGNS is the most amazing and legit pool company n I can’t believe I was so lucky to find them n so blind to neglect them. I’m sorry. Thank you LIZ, BONO, LOUIS AND MICHAEL. I sincerely apologize for taking you for granted! Thank you.

(September 27, 2017, 4:29 pm)They did a great job installing my pool last year. Very quick, and very professional. Liz runs the service department and is always available to answer any questions I have and schedule my openings and closings each year. I highly recomend.

(May 6, 2017, 10:21 am)Michael and Gail embraced our project and exceeded our expectations. We love our In-ground spa and our wheelchair accessiblility accommodation serves or family so well. I also appreciate the other contractors they surrounded our project with; they treated our project like it was their own. A special shout out to ESPJ concrete contractors.
Thank you Michael and Gail, we will cherish our spa for decades.
