(November 28, 2018, 6:03 am)Love this Shelter, love the staff, love the effort they put into what they do everyday to protect, love and find homes for all of the animals. They have volunteers, trainers and the community does things to keep this shelter at it's best. We were very lucky to have found our Hunter at BCAS; amazing dog, excellent temperament and was he a happy baby when we did our meet with him! I believe Hunter was that good because he was taken well care of while at the shelter. Thank you BCAS!

(July 29, 2018, 7:53 pm)I adopted and placed numerous dogs cats. They helped me several times with hard to place pets. I recently adopted a Bullmastiff and 5 years ago I adopted an all black domestic shorthair. I hope to pull out two more pets a senior female cat as a companion for The now 13 14 year old who’s outlived three of my dogs that passed 13 10 and 7. All rescue! I would also like to adopt a small Senior dog. I can’t say enough about Burlington Animal Shelter since their State of the Art Makeover.
