“Walked in here for my husband’s emergency eye problem as soon as they were open this morning. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We didn’t wait for long before my husband got registered (as a new patient) and treated satisfactorily by the eye doctor. The office is neat. They have many nice selections of glasses. However, before you come for eye care, you need to know whether your eye care insurance is accepted here as mine isn’t, unless it’s medical problem. For parking, you have to access from Church Street instead of Third Street (Exit Only).”

“Vitality Hospice provided wonderful end-of-life care for my dad. The nurses, aides, and social workers who took care of him were professional, kind, and (above all) compassionate. Their dedication allowed him to remain in his assisted living apartment until the end of his life, in familiar surroundings and close to the staff and residents he considered friends. The Vitality staff continuously adapted their care plans to my dad’s ever-changing needs. In every conversation I had with them, they saw my dad as their top priority. They were attentive to him, getting him all the medicine, equipment, and help he needed, even on his last days when he was unable to speak. They worked with the assisted living facility to advocate for my dad, making sure that all aspects of their care reflected my dad's intentions. The clinical staff at Vitality regularly provided status updates on my dad's condition. They also offered bereavement support to help us process our grief and loss. The phone staff were incredibly responsive. There were times when I was in a panic about my dad's condition, and there was always someone available to take my call, whether it was early in the morning or later at night. After seeing everyone at Vitality in action, I truly believe it is a calling and vocation to perform high-quality hospice care. The staff at Vitality clearly lives their mission through their daily work, and I highly recommend them to provide compassionate care for your loved ones.”

The physical therapists and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and their knowledge is surpassed by their kindness and compassion for all their clients. The entire 3DPT team is extremely professional and has been so attentive to my individual injury rehabilitation and recovery. I can not thank the entire team enough for their encouragement, attentiveness, expertise and kindness. Specifically, my therapist, Matt, has been so supportive and encouraging through my entire post-surgery recovery process. My recovery process has included five months of physical therapy and 3DPT has been instrumental at every step in assisting me to confidently walking and resuming activities! 3DPT will treat you like family! “After reading all these reviews, I was scared to go in. But I went there with my wife (last name Bibi) on 11/04/2022 at 2pm. Front desk receptionist was friendly and welcomed us with smile. Dr. Itidiare was the best, knowledgeable and patience. We had our 2 kids with us and my little daughter cried lot and Dr. Itidiare did not got mad, In fact he was friendly enough to tell us "its ok I also have kids" I would recommend them. Dr. Did prescribed some meds and told us to follow up after 8 weeks. We had a good experience”
