It teaches amazing self-defense while also building upon concentration, maturity, and confidence. All of the senseis here are amazing and very helpful. I have made so many friends growing up here and it is such an amazing place. When I was 4 I had always looked up to each and every black belt. Student or not. Now, being one, I love helping out each and every student and hoping with all of my heart that they will stay the whole journey. I love hearing all of sensei mike's lectures about bullying or confidence or being good in school, and I hope to here many more in the upcoming years.
