The harder you work out your heart rate monitor records your progress by giving you splat points. HIIT is a fat burning exercise that keeps your metabolism up for a day or two after your workout burning fat. It has helped me lose weight and stay in shape. I get to eat what I want when I work out. The instructors Evan, Patrick, Courtney and Jennifer are very inspiring and help as needed. All their staff is wonderful to work with.”
