“The office is small so the clinic is run by a few people so OF COURSE you aren't going to get pulled back right away. I feel like patients don't understand what's going on behind the scenes and they get impatient. They're getting ready for you, verifying all your information, etc so they don't mess anything up because they're liable. BE PATIENT. That being said, the office was small and very clean. It was my first time there and I had a lot of paperwork to fill out. The front desk staff was very warm and the nurse practitioner that saw me was very through. I went to get birth control pills and had no insurance. The price was fair and I left with a full year supply of the pills!”
