While I did find some minor dust stains, with the service they offer, Im certain had I specified to pay extra attention, they would happily oblige. The service is good, courteous and QUICK. They even offer drop off and pickup while they're working on the car, and I believe they are much cheaper than the rest on full detailing services. I highly encourage businesses like East Gate Car wash, given the extremely helpful and diligent management, who understand the need to have a customer drive off, satisfied with the work. I will go again, I recommend everyone to try.”

“Great service from the male manager of this location. I was working with a sensitive time frame both when I picked up my rental vehicle, as well as when I dropped it off. The manager was extremely understanding and courteous. He immediately offered to send someone to my hotel to pick me up. Additionally, when I had to drop off my vehicle, he went above and beyond and stayed after hours to allow me to do so. I truly appreciated how easy going and accommodating he was of the frustrating situation I was in. I need to mention that the brand new Chevy truck I rented (less than 200 miles on it) reeked of cigarettes and a chemical odor cleanser when I picked it up. I tried to drive with the windows down for the three days I had it rented. Also, one of the associates, Kevin (?), would benefit from learning how to interpret social queues and understanding when to talk just a little less. It can be a bit of a turn-off when proposing a potential mark up sale (i.e. insurance coverage). Other than that, I had a great experience and would recommend.”
