I am the Principal Custodial Supervisor on the night shift, at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and was directed to ServiceMaster TBS for information regarding Level 1 certification training for my custodial staff that works in the Student Health Center on our campus. I was connected to the voicemail of Frank Talarico, to leave a message for assistance. Frank called me back within 30 minutes, and was so helpful in directing me to another source for training, which has Train the Trainer classes/training's. It is not very often you meet someone that extends themselves out, and goes over and beyond. He apologized that the company was not able to provide the training to us, but we are truly appreciative for his guidance, and patience, in directing me where I needed to go.
