Excellent practice of phycians. Dr. Michael Ruetter is my assigned physician and has always met and exceeded my expectations. After so many years I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The office is comfortable and the staff are superb. Of special note, Dr. Mike’s nurse is such a sweetheart. They are very neat and clean.
I was recently at this location because my doctor was at this location last week. The waiting room is comfy and there's lots of space. Michelle, the receptionist, is the sweetest receptionist. She has such a nice smile, and is a very kind woman. Michelle talked to me like a friend, not a patient. I loved that. You're a diamond, michelle!
As moms we don’t always have the answers, but whenever I have a question I turn to Berlin Medical. My six-year-old son had a dermatology procedure that left him burned on his backside. When I called the doctor who did the procedure, they told me it was normal and to apply Vaseline. After 24 hours of inconsolable pain, I called Berlin Medical. Within hours, my son was seen, treated and home with burn cream, antibiotics and a complete plan of how to proceed in the upcoming days. The entire staff was concerned and aided in his treatment. It’s amazing to know that I don’t need to know the answers just the right doctors who have them! Thank You!!!!!!!!
