  Joe Germanotti came out to evaluate a noisy sump pump. He explained our options clearly and changed out the poorly installed sump pump for a better model. He showed us before and after pictures and thoroughly went over what was done. We appreciate Filan and Conner Plumbing for their great and reliable service.

  Called last evening, they said someone would be out in the afternoon. The next morning, I received a call from Matt stating he had morning availability. He arrived shortly thereafter, then identified and repaired the problem. Awesome service!

  I got out of the shower one day and was literally surfing on my bathroom rug. Thank God it wasn't sewage! The plumbers had to dig up the yard because the sewer access wasn't visible. It was buried a foot under dirt and grass. They raised the access and snaked it. A wipe in the line was what caused a lot of problems. Before that they attemped to snake it by removing the toilets and from the roof. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

  I just had my master bath completely renovated by Filan & Conner and it was the best experience I had with dealing with a contractor. They made the process easy from beginning to end and more importantly, the work was fabulous. You would not recognize the old bathroom. The workmanship was exceptional and you never knew I had contractors working in my home from beginning to end. Everything was kept spotless. They protected my rugs and they would even vacuum after working in my house. Their office staff could not be nicer to deal with and any little problems, they handled immediately to get it resolved. I highly recommend them. Attached is a copy of the old bathroom and pics of the beautiful new one.
