I just reached out to them for my rather unique dryer vent cleaning needs, and once again, they were amazing! Carl and his entire staff have always taken the time to listen to my concerns and needs, and are always accommodating to my scheduling needs. They are friendly and courteous. A very special shout out to Matt, who arrived to clean out my dryer vent; not only was he courteous, friendly, patient, and professional, but was so conscientious about being sure that my vents were completely clear before he left. He took the time to answer my many questions and concerns, and always had a smile on his face. Thank you!

(December 19, 2019, 8:59 am)Very prompt and professional. Other companies, who advertise everywhere, could not make it until the next day. CBM had a tech at out hour within an hour and the heat was fixed shortly after. Their price was very reasonable. I will call them first from now on!

The owner, Carl, called me later that day to make sure everything went okay and I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend CBM to anyone looking for a reputable company and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

(November 27, 2019, 11:04 am)My 29 year old heater bit the dust; dealt with 4 different companies for estimates; needless to say what a nightmare; CBM is the ONLY company of the 4 who focused in on what they could do for me; the others wanted to bad mouth everyone else giving me estimates (what is this politics???)... Carl's (CBM) pricing was the best, he and his guys were awesome; courteous, informative, punctual, etc etc - they exceeded my expectations.... Absolute pleasure to deal with. They will be servicing my new heater and AC.
